FAQ
If you have any more questions, we are happy to answer anything concerning kitesurf lessons with us.
Kitesurfing is easier than most people expect when it is taught in the right order. Most students fly the kite confidently on day one and get onto the board within 6 to 10 hours of lessons, which is why our 6h and 10h packages are the most popular.
Group lessons (max 4 students) cost €45 for 2h, €90 for 4h, €130 for 6h and €250 for 10h. Semi-private lessons (2 students) run from €60 to €300, and private one-to-one coaching from €80 to €400.
Group lessons take up to 4 students per instructor and share equipment during ground training — the most affordable option. Semi-private is limited to 2 students, and private is one-to-one, which gives you the fastest progression and full control of the schedule.
Kite, bar and board, wetsuit, helmet and impact vest are all included, along with walkie-talkie communication with your instructor while you are on the water. Photos of your session are available on request.
Yes. All our kitesurf instructors are IKO-certified (International Kiteboarding Organization) and coach in English, French and Arabic. Walkie-talkie helmets let them correct you in real time instead of shouting from the beach.
The trade winds blow most consistently from April to October, which is the prime kitesurf season in Essaouira. Wind is still frequent in winter, but sessions are planned day by day around the forecast.
